Tours around Salisbury

WALKING TOURS:
During the summer months Salisbury City Guides can take you on a fascinating guided walk around Salisbury. The tour lasts about 1� hours and leaves from outside the TIC daily at 11am between April and October, and also daily at 6pm (except Friday) from May to September. Tickets are available at the TIC.
The Salisbury Ghost Walk leaves the TIC at 8pm on Fridays. Special personal or group tours can be arranged. For more information contact Salisbury Tourist Information Centre in Fish Row.

TOURS:
A.S. Tours provide a regular private guided tour by executive minibus to Stonehenge, West Kennet Long Barrow, Silbury Hill and Avebury. The tour lasts about 7 hours and leaves Salisbury TIC on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10am. On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday you can join the 9 hour King Arthur Tour. Guide Friday operate the Stonehenge Tour. It lasts 2 hours and a Guide is with you at all times. Operates daily from May to August, weekends only during April and September (but no tours from October to March). Buses leave Salisbury Railway Station (A3) at 10am, 12pm, and 2pm, and leave Stonehenge at 11.15am, 13.15pm and 15.15pm. Tickets include entrance to Stonehenge. Get tickets on the bus or from Salisbury Tourist Information Centre.

Salisbury and the surrounding area is ideal cycling country.
