Open Monday to Saturday 9am-6.30pm (November to April 9am-5.30pm), Sunday 10am-5pm (November to April 10am-4pm). For information on Chester and the surrounding areas, and local events. A wide range of guide books, maps, postcards, souvenirs and leaflets is available. Local, national and pre-arrival accommodation booking service. Youth Hostel Association membership agency. Ticket office for concerts, theatre and other events, and the Guide Friday Chester Tour. The Visitor Centre also sells tickets for the city walking tours and is one of the departure points. A complete tourist information service, including accommodation bookings and coach, theatre and concert tickets.

INFORMATION FOR THE DISABLED: DIAL House, Hamilton Place (B3). Tel: 345655. For help and advice on disabled access, parking and shopping. Open Monday to Friday 10am-4pm (Wednesday 10am-1pm). Café open Monday to Friday 10am-4pm, Saturday 11am-3pm. Toilets for the disabled are provided under the RADAR national key scheme and can be found at Princess Street (B3), the Bus Station (B2), Frodsham Street Car Park (C3), Union Street (E3), The Groves (D4), Pepper Street (C4), and Little Roodee Coach & Car Park (B6).
